I took the liberty of reporting the spammer to URL4.net. Hopefully they'll remove the references from their database.

I reported the spammer to the owner of the name server, esthost.com. I just received an email stating that his account has been terminated and his domain has been banned. A quick check of doroven.org shows that the website doesn't exist anymore.
