Where can I find lib_AT91SAM7S64.h ??

I’m going to use FreeRTOS on AT91SAM7A3 processor. Firstly, I have tested AT91SAMS64 port FreeRTOS. AT91SAM7S64 has some header files in FreeRTOS. AT91SAM7S64.h AT91SAM7S64_inc.h lib_AT91SAM7S64.h Now, I trying to move on to AT91SAM7A3. But, I can’t find some files shown below. AT91SAM7A3.h AT91SAM7A3_inc.h lib_AT91SAM7A3.h Where can I find these files? or get some tips about AT91SAM7A3 with FreeRTOS? Many thanks.

Sorry about that file name. It’s typo. AT91SAM7A3.h –> I’m looking for this file.
