Sorry to hear you are having a problem receiving your order.
I have checked and can confirm the following:
+ I received an order from you on October 5th at 21:08.
+ Your documents were emailed to you on October 5th at 21:49, just 40 minutes later.
+ On October the 8th I replied to your "contact us" query with the following message:
“Sorry to hear you are having a problem receiving your order. I can
confirm that your documents were sent out on Tuesday at 21:49 UK time.
Is it possible that they are in your junk folder or spam trap? I would
be grateful if you could confirm that you have checked, and if so still
without success please get back to me and I will try sending them from a
different email address.
It would seem therefore that you are just not receiving emails that are sent from my mail server, probably because of junk filtering along the way.
Please check your spam folder as suggested, then contact me on r (dot) barry (_at_) freertos.org to let me know if you find them or not. If they are not there then I can resend them using a different mail server.
Thanks Richard - I did check; its not in the spam trap at my end.
Must be getting filtered somewhere on the way.
Please re-send using your alternate server...
