I want to run the freertos on my Atmega16 please help me step by setp on how to do so. thanks!

1) Read the exiting documentation. 2) Attempt to follow the documentation and run a demo app. 3) If you get stuck, ask a specific question for support. A 16 only has 1K of RAM which is very limiting.  You might want to stick to co-routines.
