Open protocol support...

Posted by nickds1 on September 3, 2014

Hi - I'm trying to select a suitable RTOS for my app - underlying architecture is ultra low power msp430x...

I'm torn between TinyOS and FreeRTOS (and possibly Contiki :).

TinyOS supports a number of useful open protocols, specifically FTSP, CTP, Trickle (RFC6206), OTA (using Deluge) and RPL (RFC6550).

Does FreeRTOS support these or equivalents?

Many thanks
